These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to https://www.floars.com and all business inquiries, quotations, sample requests and wholesale cooperation between you (the Buyer) and FLOARS CO., LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”).
This website is intended for B2B wholesale buyers of artificial flowers, artificial plants, crochet decor, vases and seasonal decorative products. By browsing our website, submitting inquiries or placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Website Content
    All pictures, texts, product designs, logos and graphics displayed on the Website are intellectual property owned by FLOARS CO., LIMITED.
    You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any content for commercial use without our written prior permission.
    Product photos are for reference only. Minor differences in color, size and texture may exist between displayed images and actual finished goods due to material and production batches.
  2. Quotation & Orders
  • All quotations issued by us are valid for the period stated in the proforma invoice.
  • An order is only confirmed and binding after we receive your written acceptance and agreed deposit.
  • Minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies per product; terms will be clearly stated in each quotation.
  • Prices shown on the website are for reference only. Formal wholesale prices will be provided via official quotation. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice before order confirmation.
  1. OEM & Custom Design
    If you request custom design, customized color or private label service:
  • All custom artwork, mold cost and sample fees shall be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed, we do not assume confidentiality obligations for design ideas shared without formal written agreement.
  1. Payment & Shipment
    Payment terms, Incoterms (FOB, CIF etc.), production lead time and delivery schedule will be confirmed in each Proforma Invoice.
    Risk of goods transfers to the Buyer in accordance with agreed Incoterm rules. We are not liable for loss or damage occurring during international transit after goods are handed over to the carrier.
  2. Samples
    Sample cost and shipping freight are normally paid by the Buyer. Sample delivery time will be advised separately. Sample quality represents mass production standard within reasonable production tolerance.
  3. Inspection, Return & Claim
    Buyer shall inspect goods promptly after receiving shipment. Any quality claim must be submitted within the agreed time window with clear photos or video evidence.
    Returns are only accepted under circumstances confirmed by us in writing. We do not accept unconditional returns for bulk wholesale orders.
  4. Website Availability
    We strive to maintain stable website access but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance, upgrade or suspend website access temporarily without advance notice.
  5. Limitation of Liability
    We shall not be liable for any indirect loss, loss of profit, business interruption or consequential damages arising out of use of this website or product transactions, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
  6. Governing Law
    All disputes related to website use and sales transactions shall be governed by the laws of People’s Republic of China. Parties shall first resolve disputes via friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration where our company is located.
  7. Modification of Terms
    We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
